Sunday, March 29th - Art of the Manhattan

We invite you to an immersive cocktail class led by our lead bartender, Brian Zabel, as we explore one of the most iconic whiskey cocktails of all time. The experience begins with a welcome Manhattan, paired with a deep dive into the history of the drink and how it has evolved over the years.

Participants will taste and compare premium vermouths, including Dolin, Carpano, and Cocchi, and explore classic riffs like the Vieux Carré. We’ll conclude with a tasting of the Black Palmetto, all while enjoying light snacks throughout the class.
