The experience begins with a welcome cocktail while diving into the history of rum running and bootlegging, the impact of Donn Beach, and the evolution of tiki from its early beginnings into the modern cocktail culture we know today.

Throughout the class, guests will enjoy a curated selection of classic tiki cocktails while learning the techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles that define this iconic style. Light, tiki-inspired bar snacks will be served to complement the experience.
